Boys Will Be Boys

A couple weeks ago, we had some friends come over to play. It was the second day of school for Lila, so Wyatt really appreciated the company of his friends.

Jamison came over first (I watched him while his mom and little brother went to the doctor). He and Wyatt played with cars. They had a few opportunities to practice sharing :) Then another friend, Evan, joined the fun. They were having lots of fun chasing each other. Then they had fun pretending to be various animals. You know, typical boy stuff :) I wanted to get a picture of the three of them together, but how do you get little boys to sit still for that?

Then we got out the Hungry Hippos game.

While we were playing the game, Jamison's little brother Nathanael arrived. He thought it would be fun to try on Evan's boots.

It didn't take him long to decide he wanted to join the game too.

Evan's little sister, Molly, had been taking a nap, but at this point she woke up and joined the fun.

Piper also thought she should try out the toys (this was an "ant" from the Ants in the Pants game).

The ants needed to be tasted too. It wasn't too long after this that our friends had to go home. We had lots of fun and burned lots of energy, so it was a good day :)
